beach view friendly staff very nice food limited menu missing phone safety box
THE view from the room was amazing. I could see the beach and hear the waves, SO relaxing. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling. The food was very nice.
The breakfast menu was very limited and not that GREAT. There was NO phone in the room, so I had to go to reception for everything. there was no safety box which was a bit worrying.

sea view detailed decor peaceful backdrop
i stayed in a king room sea view. the room had a balcony with clear views of the beach and ocean. i also appreciated the perfect decor with attention to detail. the sound of the waves provided a very peaceful backdrop.
the mattress felt a bit hard.

amazing beachside getaway!
unbeatable location relaxing sound helpful staff
the location was unbeatable, right on the beach! i loved waking up to the sound of the waves, it was so relaxing. our room had quirky features (a record player!), i thought that was so cool. the staff were really helpful and always had a smile.
i noticed the breakfast menu was a bit limited, i hope they expand it soon.

the staff members were happy to help with any requests. they also made sure the communal areas remained clean. this level of care contributed positively to the overall experience.

the room featured high-end finishes and was noticeably spacious. i especially appreciated the quirky additions. the view from the window was amazing (i could see the waves crashing!).

Really good Beachfront Stay
direct beach access constant sea view delicious pastry
I enjoyed direct beach access from the hotel. My King Room Sea View offered constant views of the waves. I appreciated the delicious breakfast (especially the variety of pastries).
The service was a little slow at times.

The King Room Sea View was spacious and well-decorated. I enjoyed the colonial style (it added a unique charm). The room included a vinyl and CD player, great.

The location allowed me to easily walk to Newquay during low tide. The private beach was clean and provided quick access to the sea. A cliff walk to Porth offered scenic views.

The hotel restaurant featured live music and seafood barbecue (an experience itself). I found plenty of seating options with really good views of the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful.
